Winter Renewal: A Special Kundalini Yoga Workshop with Marilyn Bruno-Seitz

  • Village Wellness 6 Waterloo Avenue Berwyn, PA, 19312 (map)

Winter invites us to slow down, settle into stillness, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom within. The world grows softer and more spacious, offering a natural pause to reflect on the past year, release what feels heavy, and make room for clarity and renewal.

Join Kundalini Yoga Teacher Marilyn Bruno Seitz for a heart centered winter workshop to support your transition into the new year. Through asana (movement), breathwork, chanting, deep relaxation, and sound healing, we will nurture inner warmth, awaken fresh intention, and create space for a grounded and inspired beginning to the year ahead.

Give yourself this gift of winter alignment and soulful nourishment.
