What to Expect in a Session
Each Focalizing session is one-on-one and tailored to your needs. You can attend in-person or virtually, from wherever you are in the world.
Initial 2-Hour Session
We’ll begin by discussing what’s present in your life—this may be a specific issue (physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual) or a desire to explore your inner landscape more deeply.
From there, Silenia will gently guide you through a verbal meditation. You’ll be seated, relaxed, and invited to close your eyes if comfortable. You’ll begin to notice sensations, images, feelings, or memories as they arise—like a conversation between your awareness and your body.
You don’t need any special training or skill—just a willingness to follow along and share what arises.
At the end, you may feel calmer, clearer, lighter, or more deeply connected to yourself.
In this session, we’ll also discuss whether Focalizing, Family Constellations, or a combination feels like the right path forward.
Ongoing 1-Hour Sessions
These follow-up sessions continue the process, often uncovering deeper insights or offering support for specific challenges.
After the Session
Focalizing sessions can feel energizing, calming, or emotional. Sometimes you may feel the effects right away—other times, the insights emerge slowly over days.
You might notice:
Shifts in posture or breath
New thoughts or realizations
A softened response to stress
A feeling of lightness or calm
If trauma is part of your story, it’s completely normal if it takes a few sessions to fully connect. Silenia creates a safe, grounded space where everything is welcome.
As you integrate the experience, you’re encouraged to rest, stay hydrated, and journal or reflect. Having a trusted therapist, healer, or close friend can also be supportive during this time.
