My commitment to transformation and wellness started in 1997, while going through some life challenges. I started my Shiatsu practice in 2003 and since then have expanded to offer the modalities of Shin Tai, Chakra Healing, Reiki, Pranic Healing and teaching Shiatsu, Tai Chi and Reiki.

I believe the change that is occurring in the world needs to start with raising our individual awareness and recognition of our divinity and oneness with humanity. Whether they are the impetus for the growth or the integration and bridge that takes one from one state of being to another, energy practices can be an important part of transformation and wellness.
