Tuning in to the potent energy of the Gemini New Moon - Our class will be focused on the restoration of the throat Chakra - communication and connection
The Class Flow
The first half of the class is dedicated to opening, stretching, expanding, and raising our energy through Kundalini Yoga & Breath-work.
During the second half of the class laying in Shavasana (corpse pose) or sitting in meditation, you will bliss out and touch the infinite as you bathe in the AMAZING universal vibrations of the GONG!!!
Who is this for?
This class is open to everyone and absolute beginners are encouraged to attend! Please note that this can be a very powerful experience, if you have questions please call Lance at (610) 203-3747.
What to bring:
Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat/towel and blanket.

7 Stars Medicine Lodge is located on Valley Forge Mountain in Phoenixville.
Address and Directions will be given upon registration.
The class will take place in the Yurt with open airflow. Space is limited to 10 people. Masks are optional
