Our intention is to set the tone of our day with more energy, focus, and an overall sense of well-being so that we can gracefully navigate this remarkable time of change.

This daily class is a part of a Deep Dive into Kundalini Yoga. Through our Course Home Page you will be able to access a breadth and depth of “Yogic Secrets” - information, practices, and Yogic Technology to help you radiate and feel your Sat Nam - True Self.

April’s Theme: Mantra & Healing Sounds

Mantra (Man=mind, Trang=wave or pro­jection) is the creative projection of the mind through sound vibrations aimed at altering our patterns and elevating our consciousness.

The science of mantra is based on the knowledge that sound is a form of energy having structure, power, and a definite predictable effect on the energy body, mind, heart, and soul.

When?

Weekdays April 5th- April 30th*

Sessions are weekday mornings from 8:30-9:00 ET on ZOOM (zoom link provided with registration.
note: Join us for 1, some, or all!

*This deep dive is ongoing and you can join us anytime in March or April

Can’t make the time? Recordings will be available for all who are registered for the course.

Optional:

✨ Stay on for our 15-minute meditation practice from 9:00-9:15.
✨Only on Fridays - If you can, you are invited to stay and hang out with us in the blissful vibes from 9:15-9:30 am.
