Here is what we are going to do! 
Starting on December 15th and for 10 day STRAIGHT we will follow these 3 guidelines:

1. Every Day commit to at least 10 minutes of meditation* or being absolutely still - (if you already have a meditation practice simply add 10 minutes to your current time)
2. Each day before sleep jot down* any differences you notice about how you feel.
