Get to know your acupressure points- HEART 9 - Rekindle Joy & Foster Life Direction

I apologize, usually I send out an email on Sunday eves, but i was so sleepy after a busy weekend! We had great fun being at the Wayne Music Festival on Saturday (although i lost my voice from trying to talk over the music). But it was so nice to see so many familiar faces =). We did some community style acupuncture that went surprising well with the live funk and rock!

Anywhos, I hope you enjoy my latest little venture! Im offering a series of articles based on getting to know your acupuncture points along with secret and ancient pencil acupressure techniques ;) for self-help!

So heres the first one! Focused on Rekindling Joy & Fostering Life Direction - AND a big shout out to Sheila Z. my amazing hand model =) - thank you Sheila!

Hope you enjoy it and let me know if you have any feedback, including suggested topics, so I can make the next ones even better! Also if you think its helpful please share on social media and help me spread the word!

Enjoy the sunny skies!
